At the Bay Adelaide Centre, we place high importance on the health and wellness of not only the environment, but also of the people that walk these halls everyday. The Wellness Program was implemented as a way to ensure everyone in the Bay Adelaide Centre could have an opportunity to stay fit and healthy even on their busy schedules.

Yoga – Tuesdays from 12:00pm to 12:50pm

This class is designed to build heat at a gradual pace using a sequenced flow that is graceful and yet challenging to the body and mind. Moving into deeper stretches to alleviate body pains in the hips, lower back, chest and shoulders.  Lead by a Totum Life Science Instructor, who will help you zone in on specific areas of the body each class to help deepen your practice and gain more mobility.

Running Club – Wednesdays from 12:00pm to 12:50pm

The Running Club is suitable for all levels and covers a variety of techniques, walk to run transitions and stretching over an 11-week period.  Each class is held by Urbancore certified running professional to lead, motivate and educate participants on all aspects of the sport.  Participants will be notified in advance by Urbancore instructors on where to meet every Wednesday.  At the end of the 11-week program, participants are encouraged to enter a local 5k race!  (More information to come).

Boot Camp – Fridays from 12:00pm to 12:50pm

Get ready for a high-intensity interval Bootcamp!  This class will be led by the incredible Totum Life Science Instructor, Alan E. Adam, Mixed Martial Artist, Personal Trainer and Group Class Instructor. Build speed, agility and stamina as you navigate agility cones, battle ropes, slam balls and burpees.

In addition, please note that participants are required to sign a Wellness Waiver for our weekly fitness classes.
